5 days and three countries later

I started out Monday from Springfield into LAX, delivered a last embrace and departed. I arrived and stayed with a buddy but later ran into my lovely old rommie Cathi. She explains it best in her blog popcorninmypockets.tumblr.com but in a gist my passport was null when it took a spout in the washing machine and Air Pacific refused to take it. Therefore, I spent a day at the state building and then popped Cathi's tire driving since she let me use her car. After spending a years worth of money that was supposed to buy goats (kidding, but alot of money) I decided to spend a few days in the Santa Monica area and hung out in Venice, pretty much long boarding, chatting with all sorts of Venice people, taking pictures, buying random things, and sharing lunch with a homeless dude... all a Good time but two days later boarded a plane to Nadi, Fiji. Where on that plane ride got stupidly sick on the 11 hour flight but worked it out and tried not to yak all over but overall have never felt so terrible on a flight, Ever.

Once in Fiji, Tobey and Cathy missionaries from my parents church picked me up. Tobey is a very sarcastic guy and I appreciated his dry sense of humor and gruffy beard and such. I only spent about 20 hours there after arriving at 5am from LAX and got a tour of the local market, the amount of vegetables available was insane. All I needed was a skillet and a few bucks and it could have been a good ole' Martha Stewart time. Anyway, I was exhausted and Cathy and Tobey allowed me to nap and watch Rugby...England dominated Samoa sorry fellas then I left for the Nadi airport with Tobey driving in his ole' car on the right side of the car and left side of the road.

I left yesterday on a 2 am flight to Apia, Western Samoa, spent 5 hours in the airport and was almost married after my short stay in the airport by a 24 year old Samoan named Moi, pronounced"muy" who also in the first twenty minutes invited me to his Christmas celebration with his family. So after a few more hours I arrive in American Samoa, five days later with bells and whistles.... so to Janay who asked, yes my dear, alive and well :)
