Small town Samoa

Today as in many days after my run I stopped by my favorite mini mart- mini mart not as in the 7 Eleven but seriously a little grocery store where if you need something it will be there. I typically stop for groceries....or okay, okay beers. Today I went to get a cake mix and beers and didn't have enough money. Of course I always walk in sweaty as I stop by on my way back from a run home from the gym. As I said was $1.76 short and the lady who always knows I stop in was like, "oh no problem just come back" as I attempted to leave without my fun she said "oh no you can take it". Not even in Monett do stores let you come back to pay them.

Samoa is very interesting, more small town like if you will then in Monett. This is funny because to explain what I mean I will talk about an example. Saturday, went on a hike the leader Karl's grandson is in my class so his grandson came along. Another person came along Michaela and she know people I go to the gym with as well as Bill (lawyer). Then I see my teacher from Ukelele class go on the hike, he also works for the radio station that we listen to. Then in ukelele class the new doctor arrived whom I have heard about came to class... It is just crazy how everyone knows everyone. Palangi as well as Samoan people.

Those are my thoughts for now...

ciao,

-Jeannine
